She has a lot of experience as a founder and CEO and has a huge toolbox of methods. Her services range from Human Centered Design, Service Design Thinking, Co-Creation, Design Thinking and Design Sprints to the support and implementation of innovation.

Johannes Gutmann
Johannes loves the challenge of the human psyche. As a psychotherapist (systemic family therapy) specializing in children and adolescents and a long-time teacher at schools for disadvantaged young people, he has already gained a great deal of experience in this field. It is particularly important to him to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical and hands-on manner. Through numerous internships, he has also gained a great deal of insight into clinical work, accompanying patients in crisis and also into the creation of teaching content.
But apart from all this, Johannes focuses on the person as a whole, which is also very clear in his work, in order to offer him guidance, especially in the psychological, social and emotional areas.
All his accumulated experience gives him the necessary tools to understand complex relationships and, on this basis, to successfully develop strategies to provide optimal support to individuals.
