The Ranks GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “Ranks”), with its registered office in 1170 Vienna, Ferchergasse 19, registered in the commercial register of the Commercial Court of Vienna under FN 200843h, operates a website (www.tredu.at, hereinafter referred to as “website”) for educational offers. Both private individuals and commercial customers have the opportunity to book seminars, courses, workshops and training sessions.
This privacy policy is intended to inform you about how we handle the personal data that we collect, process and use about you. If you do not agree with this privacy policy or any part of it, you may not be able to use all or part of the website or its services.
Ranks takes great care to ensure that the privacy and confidentiality of all customer and user data is guaranteed and undertakes to comply with the protection standards in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Austrian Data Protection Act (“DSG”) as amended.

Your data will be stored for the duration of the contract fulfillment or as long as legally required (e.g. at least 7 years in the context of a booking). Your data will then be deleted.

Among other things, Ranks uses a processor to manage the data, create access authorizations and maintain the website, to whom the data (including personal data) is transferred for this purpose and with whom a corresponding contract has been concluded. The latter is based within the EU and takes the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the data from unauthorized access or unintentional loss.
Any other disclosure to third parties will only take place with your express consent or if this is necessary in order to use the services offered on this website.
4. right to information and other rights
You have the right to request information at any time about what personal data Ranks has stored about you. You also have the right to have your data corrected, blocked or deleted. Ranks constantly implements and updates organizational and technical security measures to protect your data managed by Ranks against unauthorized access, destruction, manipulation or loss.

8. matomo
We use Matomo on our website. This is an open source software with which we can analyze the use of our website. Your IP address, the website(s) of our Internet presence that you visit, the website from which you switched to our Internet presence (referrer URL), the time you spend on our Internet presence and the frequency with which you visit one of our websites are processed.
To collect this data, Matomo stores a cookie on your end device via your Internet browser. This cookie is valid during your visit to our website and is deleted at the end of your visit.
The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the analysis and optimization of our website.
However, we use Matomo with the anonymization function “Automatically Anonymize Visitor IPs”. This anonymization function shortens your IP address by two bytes, making it impossible to assign it to you or to the Internet connection you are using.
9. integration of third-party services and content
It may happen that third-party content, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites are integrated into this online offering. This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as “third-party providers”) are aware of the IP address of the user. Because without the IP address, they would not be able to send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore required to display this content. We endeavor to only use content whose respective providers only use the IP address to deliver the content. However, we have no influence if the third-party providers store the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes. As far as we are aware, we will inform users of this.

Ranks cannot be held liable for any damage or injury resulting from your access or inability to access this website. This limitation also includes damage or viruses that affect your computer equipment or other devices.

Ranks may change the way in which personal data is collected, processed and used at any time and without prior notice at its own discretion.
