Tredu – Institute for regenerative business and life management.

Together with our team, we offer you comprehensive training courses, seminars, courses and workshops on various topics in vocational training and further education as well as in adult education. All of our lecturers have sound training in their specialist area and are constantly checked by us to ensure that they meet our quality standards.

For quality assurance purposes, we continuously survey participant satisfaction and use this as a basis for implementing measures to improve and optimize our offering. This enables us to ensure a uniform quality standard and participant satisfaction.

In order to achieve the best possible quality in the training courses, we also evaluate the learning progress of the participants and offer you additional support if necessary. It is important to us to provide you with the best possible individual support in your development.

The topic of sustainability and environmental protection is reflected in our company on two levels. On the one hand in the courses themselves, where you will find ongoing courses and training sessions on this subject area, always with the focus on being able to put the knowledge you have learned into practice. On the other hand, also for us as a platform and provider. Where possible, we certify our events as City of Vienna eco-events and strive for certification with the Ecolabel for educational institutions.

Tredu Institute for Regenerative Leadership was founded with the aim of accompanying you on your entrepreneurial and personal journey.

The two founders, Christian and Stephanie, have been passionate about tourism for many years. But over the years, we have realized that, especially as a small company, they had to gather many things themselves. What we always lacked were offers that could be implemented directly in practice and were particularly appealing to small tourism businesses. As they had not yet found this in this form, they founded Tredu. Together with an interdisciplinary team, they are now building Tredu into a comprehensive institute.

In vocational education and training, we focus on the thematic area of tourism and, above all, on practical feasibility and direct application in your professional context.

Adult education is about your personal development and lifestyle. That’s why we offer you a wide range of courses so that you can find exactly what you need to support you on your path and in your development.

Lifelong learning, continuous development, actively tackling and implementing issues – these are not just empty slogans for us, but are actively practiced by us.
